This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable presenting numbers, negotiating terms, and guiding customers from initial contact through delivery while providing a high-quality experience.
Responsibilities include working within our established sales process, completing customer delivery paperwork, gathering and verifying all customer and vehicle information including payoffs, and maintaining strong knowledge of vehicle features and technology. You will also be responsible for securing titles and lien releases, keeping your workspace clean and organized, and consistently presenting yourself in a professional manner. Most importantly, you will be expected to represent our core values of teamwork, integrity, drive, and personal improvement in every customer interaction.
