Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish Speaking), compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical settings, including geriatrics and post-acute care, and possess the skills necessary to assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record clients' health status, including vital signs and medication adherence.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding any changes in clients' conditions.
- Support clients in attending medical appointments or social activities as needed.
Skills
