Arena Staffing is seeking motivated Commercial Window Shade Installers for projects across the Phoenix area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start as an installer and grow into a Project Manager role. Pay & Schedule
- $22–$28/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour, day shift but flexibility is required as overtime may be needed)
Job Duties
- Install window shades, blinds, and draperies according to construction plans and instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
- Use hand tools such as drills and drivers to fasten products to windows, framing, etc.
- Perform maintenance tasks as required
- Provide daily written recap report
- Support project teams with installation deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in window covering installation preferred (Mecho Shades experience is a plus)
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools
- Interest in career advancement into Project Management
Requirements
- Clean driving record and valid Arizona driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix office and local job sites
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record check (some of our clients are government or restricted-access sites)
