Experienced Auto Body Technician
Ma's Auto Body is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a skilled professional who can confidently perform major collision repairs, structural repairs, and complete jobs from teardown to reassembly.
This is a flat-rate position with a steady workflow and high earning potential for productive technicians.
What You'll Do
- Restore vehicle to pre-accident condition
- Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Document repairs through CCC One app
- Measure and repair vehicle structures using frame measurement equipment
- Welding & Panel Replacement
- Maintain repair quality and productivity standards
- Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong structural repair skills
- Experience using frame measuring
- Welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and motivated
