Why Join a New Independent Practice?
Practice with meaningful autonomy.
Nevada provides full practice authority for qualifying APRNs, and our clinical model is designed to allow experienced advanced practice providers to practice at the top of their license. Physician collaboration is readily available when needed without unnecessary oversight of routine clinical decision-making.
Help build the practice—not just work in it.
Our protocols, workflows, triage standards, patient education materials, and clinical processes are being developed now. Your experience and ideas will have a direct impact on how the practice operates.
Work in a collaborative clinical environment.
You will have access to pediatricians for consultation and complex cases while maintaining appropriate independence in your own patient care.
Join early and grow with us.
As one of our first clinical team members, you will have the opportunity to help establish the culture and clinical standards of the practice as we grow.
We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, collaborative, comfortable with autonomy, and excited about helping build an independent pediatric practice from the ground up.
