Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or hospital medicine. This is a primary care role (not specifically psych), but many of our patients have psychiatric or cognitive conditions. Comfort working with these patients in collaboration with psychiatric providers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients in skilled nursing facilities
- Perform physical exams, order tests, and prescribe treatments
- Educate patients on preventative care and chronic illness management
- Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure continuity of care

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
