**B&E Home Care is looking for an Operations Manager to own our day-to-day scheduling, shift-fill, caregiver operations, and office workflow.**
This is not simply a scheduling position.
This is a **leadership opportunity** for someone who wants to help build the systems that will allow B&E Home Care to grow from one location into multiple locations.

The Operations Manager will become the person who **owns the day-to-day operation and makes sure the team has a system to follow.**

### WHAT YOU'LL OWN
**Daily Operations**
* Run the daily shift-fill huddle and manage the shift-fill escalation process
* Resolve open shifts and staffing gaps — not send every problem back to the owner
* Serve as the first escalation point for caregiver call-outs and client scheduling concerns
* Keep daily office operations organized and moving efficiently
**Scheduling & Staffing**
* Manage **SwyftOps** as the single source of truth for schedules, call-outs, confirmations, and shift coverage
* Monitor staffing needs and proactively address potential gaps
* Ensure schedules are accurate and caregivers are properly assigned
**Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding**
* Oversee the caregiver hiring funnel
* Coordinate sourcing, screening, credentialing, and onboarding with HR/Payroll
* Help improve caregiver retention and staffing capacity
**Systems & Accountability**
* Ensure SOPs are followed and properly documented
* Help create systems that allow another team member to learn and perform the role independently
* Hold caregivers and office staff accountable to established procedures
* Identify operational problems and develop solutions
**Leadership & KPIs**
* Participate in weekly leadership scorecard reviews
* Track key operational metrics including:
*Shift-fill time
*Percentage of unfilled shifts
* Caregiver retention
* Time-to-hire
* Staffing capacity
* Operational performance

This position is part of B&E Home Care's long-term growth strategy.
As we expand into additional locations, the Operations Manager will have the opportunity to grow into **Regional Director** and help oversee operations across multiple locations.
