Day-To-Day

Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies.

Directs supervision of facility services and staff which include food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel
- Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors

Ensures management of the program's resources within budget

Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team.
- Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles

Performs on-call duties as scheduled
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field plus two years related work experience, two years of which are in a supervisory position OR at least minimum five years of facility maintenance work.

Valid Texas Drivers’ License.
