Position Summary
The People Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the People Operations (HR) team while contributing to overall office coordination and team engagement efforts. This position is highly collaborative and people-focused, supporting team members throughout their employment lifecycle and helping ensure smooth, efficient internal operations.

People Operations & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, managing checklists, and coordinating new hire logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements
- Support benefits administration and respond to general team member questions
- Assist with training coordination, certifications, and development initiatives
- Prepare and distribute People Operations communications and announcements
- Support compliance activities, audits, and reporting as needed
Team Member Experience & Coordination
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and team engagement initiatives
- Support employee recognition programs, celebrations, and internal communications
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for team members and visitors
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and team logistics
Office & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations and leadership teams
- Assist with office coordination, supplies, and general organization
- Support cross-functional projects involving team coordination and communication
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, administrative, or coordination roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
