Yard Boss is growing fast, and we are looking for the right person to join our team as a Fertilizer Technician.
This is not a dead-end job riding around in beat-up equipment with no support. Our technicians have dedicated routes, dedicated trucks, dedicated equipment, steady hours, and real support from both management and office staff. You will work independently, take ownership of your route, and have room to grow with a company that is moving fast.
Whether you are already licensed and experienced or just looking for the right company to train you, we want to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential and commercial lawns
- Operating ride-on spreaders/sprayers, push spreaders, and truck spray equipment
- Talking with clients about the treatment being applied and how to keep their lawn looking great
- Spotting lawn issues and reporting concerns to management
- Taking care of your truck, tools, and equipment
