The Kiddie Academy® Educational Childcare system has been preparing young minds for future success since its founding in 1981. With more than 375 independently owned franchises throughout the United States, Kiddie Academy provides quality educational childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our Life Essentials® curriculum focuses on activity-based, hands-on learning that makes it fun for children and teachers.

Kiddie Academy of Saratoga Springs opens in June 2026. It will be a brand new- custom designed childcare building that will offer exceptional education and care to 155 children, aged 6 weeks to 12 year olds.
We are looking for experienced and exceptional educators for all age groups to join our team.

- Offer quality care to the little ones in your care, by following all licensing guidelines and center standards.
- Keep a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety protocols.

What will you earn?
- Hourly pay that ranges between $16-$21/hour based on your education and experience.

What must you have?
Desirable attributes:
- Associate degree or higher
- 1+ years of childcare educator experience
- Certificate in first aid and CPR (including pediatric)
- Food Handler's Permit
Required Attributes:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Completion of pre-employment assessments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
