The Property Director provides leadership, vision, and direction for the stewardship, care, safety, appearance, and operational readiness of FBC’s campus. This leader takes ownership of the overall physical environment, ensuring that buildings, grounds, and ministry spaces are welcoming, well cared for, safe, functional, and prepared to support the mission of making disciples. By cultivating environments of excellence and hospitality, the Property Director helps every guest, attender, volunteer, and staff member experience care from the moment they arrive.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who enjoys solving problems, leading people, managing projects, and caring for the physical resources God has entrusted to the church. This person sees the property not merely as buildings and grounds to maintain, but as ministry environments that should continually reflect hospitality, excellence, and thoughtful stewardship.
