Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to protect our facility and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols of the property (every 15 minutes). Your proactive approach will ensure safety at all times while supporting our commitment to outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and detect suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security issues or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances with effective conflict management techniques.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and security records accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety.
- Drug Free Workplace, able to pass random drug testing
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance and security protocols is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and ethical

Positions available:

Compensation:
Starting at $16.00 per hour and after 60-day probationary period and review an increase in hourly pay of $18.00.
