We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer who can balance day-to-day operations with continuous improvement projects. You’ll manage and maintain our network infrastructure, enhance our security posture, and contribute to automation and process improvement across our growing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
- Configure Azure infrastructure including VNets, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN for on-premises links.
- Configure load balancers to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Update firmware, manage configurations, and implement security best practices.
- Participate in change management to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Work closely with the IT team to enhance cybersecurity and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve network performance and reliability.
- Develop, consume, and automate repeatable processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Stay informed on zero-day threats, security risks, and emerging network technologies.
- Provide advanced support for network-related escalations and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate across teams to support business initiatives and technology projects.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in network administration or related IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, routers, and monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of network security concepts, threat mitigation, and incident response.
- A proactive, self-driven approach — you enjoy taking ownership and solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
Job Requirements
- CCNP, related IT degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience automating processes with Powershell or other scripting languages.
- Ability to lift, rack, and mount network devices weighing up to 50 lbs.
- 5+ years in hands on Network Engineering and 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Full-time, on-site position based in Eden Prairie, MN.
- Hybrid work opportunities available after onboarding and demonstrated experience.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
