Position Summary:
The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. This role prepares high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, maintains a clean and inviting café environment, and provides friendly, attentive service that reflects the ranch resort’s hospitality standards.
Work Environment:
This role operates within a café or dining outlet at a ranch resort, requiring standing for extended periods, frequent guest interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Early mornings and peak service times are common
