Back of House Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely according to Chick-fil-A standards

Operate various kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen environment at all times

Stock kitchen inventory and assist with opening or closing tasks

Follow all safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly

Stay up-to-date with new products and complete required training

Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and company policies
