We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mexican Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate has experience preparing authentic Mexican dishes, works well under pressure, maintains a clean workstation, and takes pride in serving high-quality food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Mexican dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock cooking stations before each shift.
- Ensure food is prepared quickly, consistently, and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team during busy lunch and dinner service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Mexican restaurant kitchen.
- Experience with tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas, salsas, and grilling
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
