We are seeking experienced Form Setters and Concrete Finishers to join our dynamic construction team! Duties
- Civil concrete experience. Construct and install formwork for concrete structures using metal, wood, or other materials according to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble forms with precision.
- Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate form setup and concrete placement.
- Install rebar reinforcement within forms to strengthen concrete structures following safety protocols and engineering standards.
- Pour, level, finish, and smooth freshly poured concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, or cranes to facilitate efficient concrete pouring and placement.
- Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations while working on-site; maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to interpret technical drawings, execute renovation projects, or install hardscape features like stucco or flooring.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling materials or equipment necessary for formwork or concrete finishing tasks.
- Elgible for employment in the U.S.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Construction estimating skills for material quantities and project timelines.
- Expertise in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and surface treatments such as plastering or caulking.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise form construction.
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working with heavy machinery and materials.
- Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy equipment operation related to concrete work.
- Experience with rebar installation, metal stud framing, flooring installation, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with blueprint specification interpretation for various construction projects including renovations or new builds.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
