? Work collaboratively with the 1st grade level team and various instructional teams to effectively plan
and deliver instruction.
? Maintain a consistent and positive learning environment that supports student growth and follows
established classroom routines.
? Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding student progress and classroom
activities.
