Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor (Hybrid Role)

What You’ll Do
- Rotate between front desk day shifts and overnight audit shifts
- Serve as Manager on Duty during overnight hours
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations
- Process payments, balance cash, and complete nightly financial audits
- Run daily reports and reconcile all transactions accurately
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and inquiries with professionalism
- Handle calls, wake-up requests, and internal communications
- Prepare the front desk for smooth shift transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment

- Flexible availability for both day and overnight shifts

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently overnight
Preferred Experience
- Hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Basic accounting experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs as needed
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
