What You’ll Do:
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness
- Work with providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Help patients understand their billing statements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with medical billing or healthcare admin (preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
