Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is seeking a Board-Certified Physician MD in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care to join our highly respected team on a part-time basis. This position will provide care at our Wake Forest and Leesville locations, focusing on primary care services and Annual Wellness Visits.We are a privately owned, patient-centered practice known for delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our experienced clinical and administrative teams allow providers to focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights

Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active North Carolina medical license
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
