Job Summary
ABHG, in partnership with Advanced Telepsyc PLLC, is seeking experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our growing behavioral health team serving Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties in Western Massachusetts.
We are looking for clinicians who enjoy working in both school-based and office-based outpatient settings, providing high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and families. We have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time schedules.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
- Deliver services in both school-based and office-based settings.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with schools, families, referral partners, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Maintain ethical and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license.
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
- Comfortable working in both school-based and office-based environments.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties as needed.
Preferred
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Familiarity with school systems and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)
- Part-Time opportunities available

Compensation
$60.00-$65.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
