Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year BOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM planning, implementation, and coordination for electrical projects
- Manage a team of 5–10 BIM Modelers
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards
- Lead model coordination efforts including advanced clash detection (Navisworks)
- Oversee BIM deliverables (models, drawings, quantity take-offs) to meet LOD requirements
- Focus heavily on Data Center / Hyperscale low-voltage systems (fiber, telecom, MV, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting & branch power)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a BIM/VDC role within the Electrical industry
- 2+ years in a leadership capacity managing modelers/coordinators
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manager
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for prolonged periods
- Regularly spend multiple hours using and looking at a computer screen.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally
- May need to occasionally travel to job sites.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
