Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update our social media accounts with new posts and content
- Assist with social media updates and basic online maintenance
- Create simple graphics or marketing materials using tools such as Canva (preferred)
- Keep spreadsheets and records organized
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Help identify ways to improve daily operations and workflow
Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
Preferred Skills
- Experience processing e-commerce orders
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Customer service experience
