What You Do

Owns and manages the warranty parts process from product development through post-launch support.

Partners with cross-functional teams to support warranty parts readiness prior to product launch.

Identifies, documents, sources, and maintains warranty parts and related specifications across all channels.

Maintains and continuously improves the centralized Warranty Parts Library, ensuring accuracy of part specifications, photos, dimensions, compatibility information, and supporting documentation.

Coordinates with domestic and international vendors to obtain accurate part information, support sourcing needs, and resolve warranty parts issues.

Manages and responds to warranty parts requests through appropriate systems, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

Performs physical validation of parts and materials as needed, including inventory checks, fit and compatibility verification, hardware confirmation, and evaluation of replacement options.

Evaluates returned materials and products for reuse, cannibalization, or alternate recovery opportunities to support cost control and inventory optimization efforts.

Analyzes warranty-related trends, recurring issues, and process gaps, providing recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce lead time, improve accuracy, and lower overall warranty costs.

Supports cross-functional problem solving and serves as a subject matter resource for warranty parts processes, systems, and issue resolution.

Maintains accurate records, reporting, and system data related to warranty parts management and warranty support activities.

Assists with ongoing process improvement initiatives related to warranty operations, parts management, inventory recovery, and customer support effectiveness.

Oversees warranty parts operations across all business channels.

Supports cross-functional warranty parts readiness and coordination.

Maintains the Warranty Parts Library and supporting system data.

Coordinates parts sourcing, validation, and issue resolution activities.

Supports cost control, recovery, and inventory optimization efforts.

Serves as a warranty parts subject matter resource across the organization.

What You Bring
-
Two or more years of experience in quality assurance, warranty, or parts management preferred.

Previous experience in warranty processes, parts management, sourcing practices, and operational workflows.

Understanding of hardware, components, product compatibility, and replacement part validation.

Ability to manage and maintain detailed parts documentation, specifications, and system data with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to balance administrative, analytical, and hands-on operational responsibilities.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and timelines with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with domestic and international vendors.

Experience using workflow, inventory, and operational systems, including Jira, Syspro, PIM, 2Ship, Airtable, Outlook, and Teams.

Experience managing centralized parts documentation within SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Ability to perform physical validation activities, including inventory checks and fit verification.
