We are seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to serve as the bridge between internal users and our development team, translating business needs into software solutions that serve the organization.
The primary responsibility in this role is the enhancement of an internal application used by approximately 80% of the company’s employees that manages purchasing, billing, accounts payable, warehouse operations, and other core business processes. You'll partner with our dedicated development team and stakeholders across multiple departments to identify opportunities for improvement, prioritize enhancements, and help shape the future of a system that is critical to our day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with business users and development teams

Create and manage the backlog of work tickets for our primary internal software system

Participate in agile activities – including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Lead requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings

Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions

Manage change requests for internal development teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for user issues or requests with the software

Work with the development team to ensure quality and adherence to acceptance criteria

Other supplemental projects assigned by management

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting

Experience in product management or software development preferred

Experience with PowerBI is a plus but not expected
