MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of fast-paced, high-volume serving experience
Minimum 3 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
Experience with coursed dining, pacing, and elevated service standards
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
TABC certified and Food Handler card
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional communication and selling skill
Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift small and large objects up to 40 pounds
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
High-level of emotional intelligence and situational awareness
Polished, professional appearances and demeanor
JOB DUTIES:
Execute elevated steps of service with precision and consistency
Guide guests through menu with detailed descriptions, pairings, and suggestive selling
Maintain proper pacing, coursing, and table management
Anticipate Guest needs using awareness
Accurately input orders while managing allergies and accommodations with clarity
Suggestive selling and enhancement of Guest experience through thoughtful and knowledgeable recommendations
Deliver food and beverages with proper etiquette and presentation
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
