What You’ll Do
- Deliver thorough, hypothesis-driven evaluations
- Set SMART, functionally anchored goals
- Plan and progress task-specific neuro/vestibular and MSK interventions
- Track outcomes with standardized measures (e.g., TUG, 6MWT, BBS, 9HPT [customize])
- Document with narrative-driven SOAP that ties activity → mechanism →function
- Partner with OT/SLP; engage caregivers with clear, actionable education
- Participate in mentorship, in-services, and case reviews
