Payroll Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Location: Ontario or Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour DOE
We are looking for a bilingual Payroll Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has payroll experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to employees and clients.
What You'll Do
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Review timesheets, attendance records, and employee information.
- Assist with payroll corrections, missed punches, and employee questions.
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
- Communicate with employees, clients, and internal teams regarding payroll matters.
- Use payroll systems and software to maintain employee information.
- Assist with audits, reports, and payroll documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Comfortable working with computers and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Reliable transportation.
