Our company is looking for a reliable finisher/handyman to help complete the finishing touches on a variety of jobs and occasionally work on maintenance and repairs at the yard. Using a variety of materials such as wood trim, dry wall, FRP, metal paneling, doors and hardware, and other materials.
Compensation
- $30.00 -$36.00 per hour
- Depends on experience
- Paid Weekly
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in finish carpentry
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid US Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full-Time position, weekly overtime
- 10 hours a day, Monday - Friday
- Occasional Saturdays may be required

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Read plans
- Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
- Keep equipment clean, submit regular inspection reports, properly report damages, or needed repairs to foreman
- Successfully operate heavy equipment as assigned
- Successfully read and understand project drawings
- Ensure final quality appearance
- Responsible for equipment status: clean, inspection reports, properly report damages or needed repairs to foreman
