Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Managerial Position. This position will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing production output
-Comply with safety regulations & maintain a clean & orderly work area.
-Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
