The Medical Department of Avalon Hills provides exceptional care to our clients with eating disorders. Licensed Medical Practitioners and Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is an incredibly rewarding job where you can make a difference in people’s lives.
Our nurses are an integral part to providing high quality medical treatment for our patients. Under the direction of our Nursing Director, our nurses are the first line of medical care for our patients. Nurses provide daily physical assessments including suicide/self-harm ideation, meet with clients based on medical need, administer medications, drive patients to appointments in company vehicles, and attend fun activities.
