American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery/OB-GYN position requiring 3+ years of OB experience and a Michigan RN license.
-
Work in a Labor & Delivery/OB-GYN unit within a hospital setting
-
Night shift schedule with 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
-
13-week contract assignment
-
Required to work every other weekend, with possible flexibility for every third weekend
-
No on-call requirements
-
Possible holiday coverage required

Active Michigan RN license required at time of consideration

Current certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP, and STABLE
-
Minimum 3 years of OB-GYN experience required
-
Prior Labor & Delivery experience required

Must be comfortable performing Couplet Care and Stabilization

Pediatric experience preferred
-
Prior travel nursing experience preferred

ACLS certification preferred

Facility maintains a steady flow of new patients from a large primary service area

Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested during the contract

A strict attendance policy applies, with termination possible after 3 instances of absence or tardiness of more than 20 minutes to a scheduled shift
