Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be a welcoming face for our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth guest stays. Duties
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first and last impression at all times
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Handle data entry and document proofreading with 100% accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally while practicing excellent guest service etiquette
- Run nightly audit
- Prep and begin breakfast service
- Shifts: 11pm-7am
Requirements
- Previous experience with customer service roles is highly desired
- Experience in hospitality or as a receptionist is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting, as well as keep yourself busy during slower times
- Strong typing skills along with high attention to detail for data entry and proofreading documents
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with phone etiquette, interpersonal communication skills, and confidentiality
- Aptitude for working independently
