Full Job Description
At Northland Fence, we are looking for hardworking fence installers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong team culture.
We install vinyl, ornamental, and chain link fence throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas. We are known for quality work, professionalism, organization, and customer service.
This is not a “stand around and collect a paycheck” type of company. We are looking for dependable people who work hard, communicate well, stay productive, and care about doing things the right way.
Both experienced fence installers and motivated laborers willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install residential fence systems
- Set posts, hang panels, build gates, and complete layouts
- Load and unload materials and maintain organized trailers/trucks
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow company installation and quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Help maintain clean and professional jobsites
- Assist in other areas of production or installation when needed

What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Fence, construction, landscaping, concrete, roofing, or framing experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
