Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, teachable, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our windows and doors team. This individual will work closely with regional builders, contractors, architects, homeowners, and outside sales representatives to understand customer window and door needs, assist with customized quotes, and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
This position is designed as a growth-oriented role for someone who may not yet have extensive construction sales experience but has the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly teachable, detail-oriented, and committed to staying connected to customers to help ensure we deliver on our promises. Candidates with prior sales, customer service, construction, or building materials experience will be prioritized, but we are also open to training the right person.
After the sale is made, this representative will continue to update customers on lead times and delivery dates, as well as help address customer-related questions or issues. Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into a full account manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through phone, email, and walk-in visits to the showroom.
- Work closely with customers to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with creating accurate window and door quotes.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints with training and support.
- Respond to client questions and help resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, and project timelines.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and helping grow existing accounts across the Northern Colorado region.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by ensuring customer and builder satisfaction.
- Support outside sales representatives as needed.
- Follow through and provide timeline updates as needed.
- Grow in product knowledge, quoting ability, customer management, and account ownership over time.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, construction, or building materials is preferred but not required.
- Construction sales experience is a plus and will be prioritized.
- Ability or willingness to learn how to read and interpret takeoff plans.
- Experience with manufacturers’ ordering software is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation expected around $40,000-$55,000 - experience dependent.
- Discretionary bonus available at year end – dependent on company and personal performance.
- Opportunity to grow into a full account manager role.
- Potential for future commission or volume bonus as responsibilities increase.

- Monday-Friday work schedule, no weekends.
