We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager with experience in the makeup accessories, beauty, fashion, or clothing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, experience managing customer accounts, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
This position requires regular client visits, attendance at trade shows, and proactive sales efforts to grow and maintain a portfolio of accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience
- Experience in the makeup accessories, beauty products, fashion, apparel, or clothing industry required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and trade shows
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities and open new customer accounts
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong business relationships
- Follow up with existing and inactive customers to generate additional sales
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company products and services
- Present product lines, promotions, and new offerings to clients
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales proposals
- Track sales activities and customer interactions in company systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales and account growth goals
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the beauty, cosmetics, makeup accessories, or apparel industry
- Experience working with wholesale accounts, distributors, or retail customers
- Knowledge of current market trends within the beauty or fashion industry
