Immediate Openings: Bilingual Line Leads
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Line Leads to oversee and guide production line operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing a production line, ensuring workflow efficiency, quality standards, and team performance. Responsibilities include directing line associates, monitoring production output, and communicating with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
Location: Langhorne, PA
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in a production/manufacturing environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish a must!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory Overtime, availability on weekends
Shifts:
- 1st shift – Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) - $17 per hour
- 2nd shift – Monday to Friday (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) - $18 per hour
- 3rd shift – Sunday to Thursday (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) - $19 per hour
