Pilgrim Manor is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Plymouth, IN. If you’re passionate about resident care and medication administration, we encourage you to apply.
Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and accurately record medication details (drug, dosage, time)
Administer medications and observe residents for proper ingestion or application
Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any adverse reactions
Take and record vital signs as needed
Document instances of missed medications and reasons why
Assist as a CNA when needed to support resident care
Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program
Successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification
Must be 18 years of age or older
