Now Hiring: Summer Event Crew – Join the Party Factory Team!
Party Factory is looking for energetic, reliable crew members to join us for an exciting summer season of events! We build and set up stages, tents, lighting, and more for some of the areas funest happenings—including Pride Amplified, the OC Car Show, the Festival of the Arts, and private parties.
What We’re Looking For:
We want self-starters who enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment. You’ll primarily be working weekends, lifting up to 50 lbs, following direction, and taking pride in a job well done. We might laugh while we work—but we take our final results seriously. After spending three days setting up a festival, there’s nothing like standing back and thinking: “Wow, this place looks amazing because of us.”
Requirements:
- Must be available 4-6 days a week including weekends, especially during July
- Comfortable working outdoors (sun and rain!)
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Team players with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
- Located in the Oregon City, Clackamas County area.
