Specialized New-Licensee Training
Our proven new-licensee training program sets newly licensed agents up for success. Learn weekly in a classroom and real-world environment along side peers and mentors. Step-by-step training and mentorship, whether you're navigating your first listing or closing your first deal, you'll have a mentor in your corner every step of the way.
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois or Wisconsin.
Eagerness to learn and grow through our mentoring and training program.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and dedication.
