The Alta-Aurelia High School is seeking a Family & Consumer Science Teacher for the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year. The High School Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS) Teacher provides instruction in life skills, career readiness, and consumer sciences courses for students in grades 9–12. The teacher develops engaging, hands-on learning experiences aligned with Iowa Career & Technical Education (CTE) standards and prepares students for college, careers, and independent living. Instruction may include nutrition, culinary arts, child development, personal finance, family relationships, textiles, and career exploration.
Must hold a valid Iowa Teaching License.
