About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to serve our clients and grow our book of business. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, manage existing accounts, and help clients find the right Property & Casualty coverage solutions. You’ll also play a key role in generating new opportunities to drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned commercial and/or personal insurance clients
- Review coverage needs, respond to client questions, and ensure accurate policy handling
- Promote and cross-sell Property & Casualty products based on client needs
- Work with carriers and internal teams to support underwriting, renewals, and service requests
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify sales opportunities, follow up with prospects, and meet production goals
- Provide professional customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company system
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance license required (active and in good standing)
- 1+ years of experience in insurance account management and/or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Working knowledge of insurance policies, renewals, and service processes (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed (if applicable)

Pay: $45,995.00 - $89,950.00 per year
