We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining an organized and well-stocked environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with product information and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized display of products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and items are properly labeled.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating the benefits of various items to enhance customer experience.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product usage, effects, and legal regulations related to cannabis.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Supervise and train new staff members as needed to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with stock management practices to maintain inventory levels efficiently.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
