COMMISSIONS - Small base - $250/short week (Friday-Sunday - 9am-6pm) HIGH COMMISSIONS 10% profit each deal sold. Example: Company Profit 10k rep gets 1,000 paid commission. No Max! Typical commissios are $1000-$5000 per deal.
Job Working Time -NOTE- WEEKEND WORK ONLY (FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY) Expected normal work hours
Mission
Generate buyer conversations, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and help convert buyer inquiries into signed contracts. This is an inside sales/phone closer position, not a traditional Realtor role.

- Excellent Phone Sales Experience
- Comfortable closing high-ticket sales by phone. Examples: Cars, Insurance, Real Estate etc.. Must CLOSE on the phone!

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Call buyer leads immediately.
- Qualify buyers.
- Send property information.
- Follow up until a decision is made.
- Schedule property visits.
- Negotiate smaller deals.
- Transfer large commercial negotiations to you.
- Maintain accurate CRM (Podio) records.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
- OUTBOUND PHONE SALES - Professional phone closers who can sell remotely, qualify buyers, handle objections, and move prospects toward contracts. Good closers! Sold High Ticket Items Ideally
- Can work other jobs during the week -flexible.

Pay: $650.00 - $10,000.00 per month
