We’re Hiring: Call Center Manager (Remote, EST-Based)
Trapperz Animal Removal is looking for a highly organized, fast-moving Call Center Manager to handle incoming hot leads and schedule appointments for our inspection team.
This is NOT a cold-calling job.No chasing leads. No sales scripts. No outbound spam calls.
You’ll be speaking with people who already reached out needing help, then coordinating and scheduling them with the correct inspector. Most customer service concerns are handled by the field team, so your main focus is keeping appointments organized and leads moving quickly.
What You’ll Do: Answer inbound calls and texts from new leads Schedule inspections efficiently and accurately Forward existing clients to inspectors when needed Keep communication clear, professional and fast Help maintain a smooth workflow between customers and field staff
What We’re Looking For: Must live near Cincinnati and be based in EST Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls/messages Self-motivated and dependable Able to work independently without constant supervision Experience in scheduling, dispatching, call center work or customer coordination is a plus
