Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk/ Spa Associate to be the welcoming face of our Spa, Salon and Store. In this vital role, you will help oversea front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support tasks to ensure a smooth and inviting experience for all clients. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a relaxing environment where clients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls for booking appointments as well as replying to Text for clients booking as well.
- Manage appointment scheduling using Spa/Salon Booking software, ensuring optimal flow of client bookings
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
- Support daily tasks such as data entry, checking clients in and rebooking when they check out. Able to keep flow between both the Spa and store with laundry and tidying up. Setting up Sauna for clients.
- Light housekeeping to keep things stocked for cleints
Skills
- Strong office management skills with experience in handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Proficiency in Spa/Salon booking and interacting with clients
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and support
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone reception techniques, including proper phone etiquette and time management strategies
- Previous office experience or personal assistant experience is highly valued for seamless task execution
- Attention to detail for everything around you and the experince for our clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
