Position Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our sales and operations team. This individual will be responsible for providing internal support to our sales representatives and operations teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in creating estimates, processing orders, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to apply logical thinking and critical problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize custom estimate calculators to generate accurate estimates based on product specifications and customer needs, applying logical reasoning and attention to detail.

Manage and ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining consistency throughout the process.

Maintain clear, proactive communication with vendors to ensure efficient order fulfillment and recommend improvements to the Director of Operations for optimized workflows.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Reps, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations to provide seamless internal support and assist with logistical tasks.

Track and organize all sales support data and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Continuously seek efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement within the order processing and estimating system
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or order processing.

Strong logical reasoning skills and high attention to detail.

Reliable accuracy in data entry, documentation, and order processing.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Comfortable using calculators, CRM tools, and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proven problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Physical Demands:
