The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and assigned areas in accordance with hotel standards. The Room Attendant ensures that every guest room is properly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for arriving and staying guests while providing courteous and professional service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards and procedures.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure beds are properly made and presented.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Dust, wipe, vacuum, sweep, and mop guest rooms and assigned areas.
- Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces as required.
- Replenish guest room amenities, towels, linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Remove trash and soiled linens and properly dispose of waste.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, damage, missing items, and safety concerns.
- Report maintenance problems, lost and found items, room damage, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
- Follow procedures for handling and documenting lost and found property.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas in a clean, organized, and properly stocked condition.
- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and according to manufacturer and hotel requirements.
- Follow all OSHA, safety, sanitation, and hotel housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain appropriate productivity and room-cleaning standards based on daily occupancy and hotel needs.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding guests, rooms, and hotel operations.
- Follow proper procedures when entering occupied guest rooms.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects, public areas, linen areas, or other housekeeping assignments as directed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with the hotel's uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Attend required meetings, training sessions, and safety programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
